Rush Order Guidelines & Turnaround Time for DTF Gang Sheets

Rush Order Rules:

To qualify for same-day printing and shipping:

1. Place Your Order by 12 PM CST:
   Orders placed by noon (CST) qualify for rush processing.

2. Large Gang Sheets (240"+):
   Submit large gang sheet orders early in the morning for prompt processing.

3. Same-Day Printing & Shipping:
   Rush orders submitted within the required timeframe will be printed and shipped the same business day.

DTF Gang Sheet Submission Requirements:

• File Format:
  Images must be submitted as .PNG files.

• Resolution & Size:
  Files must be at least 300 DPI for optimal print quality, with a maximum file size of 100 MB per file.

• Custom Layout:
  You control your sheet’s size and design arrangement.
  Note: We print exactly what you submit; no modifications or changes are made by our team.

Important Notice on Thin Text and Graphics:

Due to the characteristics of DTF printing, thin-point text and fine graphics may experience slight choking (narrowing) caused by white ink underlay. We recommend avoiding extremely thin fonts or intricate lines to ensure clear and crisp prints.

Turnaround & Delivery Timeframe:

• Current Turnaround:
  Standard production time is approximately 1-2 business days after your order is paid in full.

• Payment & Processing:
  Orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering via our website.

• Order Queue Policy:
  Once your order is paid and queued for processing, cancellations or refunds are not possible.

• Order Completion Notifications:
  You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.
